Ok, I didn't make it to the gym Monday as planned and I could go into the myriad of excuses why, but really WHO CARES??? I said I was gonna go and I didn't. End of story. Things are going to change though, I promise you that.
Wow, I can't believe you started on this blog again and I just happened to notice LOL
Okay, stop beating yourself up over this workout shit. you are going through so much stuff at the moment that you don't need to add anymore pressure to yourself...that will only get you into depression and sickness! So stop! The best thing you can do is maybe take some walks every day just to clear your mind and get the blood flowing. Right now, I'd say that would be the best thing you can do for yourself...no pressure but moving at the same time. This is not the time when you need to crack down on strict workouts and eating. Your body won't be able to handle the stress of everything. Yes, eat healthy most of the time and yes get outside and move that body. Take care of yourself inside and out!
