Well......

It's been a hell of a time since I've posted here.  Life is changing and I need to learn to roll with the punches.  I've been putting fitness on the back shelf for so long now.  Reading back over my other blog, it frustrates me to no end how flaky and inconsistent I've been.  It's like a broken record.  "I'm gonna do it this time......I'm so tired of stopping and starting.....This is it!.....I ate 100% clean for a week......I ate like crap......"  It's disgusting and BORING.  Brittany goes to college this Wednesday, the 18th.  On Monday, the 23rd I'm going to the gym.  I will have my meals ready for the week.  I will drink my water, I will incorporate my ACV/LJ in my diet again and I will adjust my attitude.  I will take pictures and post them.  I will vlog, I will do stats.  There are people out there WAY busier than I am, and with WAY more problems than I have.  I have no excuse.  Better health, better overall feeling.  I need it.
