Legs, baby!
Went to the gym for the first time in a LONG time today. Walked @ 4.0 for 8 mins, but for a total of 10 mins to warm up. Didn't do too much, just a pyramid of leg extensions, seated leg curls and leg presses. Then I did 20 mins of cardio on the treadmill at 3.0 and 3.5 intervals on an incline of 10.0. Feels so good. We'll see how I feel tomorrow! :) Eating clean and drinking my concoction of water. Took the girls to Tim Horton's this morning before dropping them off and they ordered breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Smelled SO damn good. Did NOT have a bite. Must remain strong. I CAN DO THIS. The ONLY way for me to have what I want, I MUST be TOTALLY in it. No in between. I know what I want and how to get there. Just have to DO IT.
