Start

Yesterday I did a CRIT.  Today was 60 minutes of interval cardio on the treadmill.  3.0 and 6.0.  I feel fantastic.  Eating clean too.  Drinking my h2o with my ACV/LJ and some GTE too.  Back to it baby!  I'm tired of the rolls.  They soon should be GONE!
