Steady as she goes....
Treadmill for 45 mins today. Walked at 4.0 and 3.5 for 30 mins, 1 min intervals. Then 3.5 for 10 mins, and 3.0 for cool down for 5 mins. Ate a dark chocolate candy bar today, BAD. Got my damn period this morning. Cramps and aching back, but I'm not gonna let it stop me. NO MORE EXCUSES. Eating clean and drinking my H2O with my ACV/LJ. I can't tell you how much I missed it. Feel good. Cramps are gone and back feels ok. Not great, but ok. Hopefully, will make it to the gym tomorrow. Haven't been there in MONTHS. It's time.
